1. Boil one pack 16oz. of dried moong beans with salt and enough water. Do not cook them too soft.
2. now chop very fine Onion, tomato, green hot pepper, and put little bits of them according to your taste.
3. Put some Bhujia Indian spicy snack on top of it for taste.
Now you have yourself a healthy snack.
